Soft Serve Ice Cream with Sweet Cashew Creme

 Put about a 1/2 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk into a high-powered blender.

Add 1/2 bag of frozen fruit (about 1 1/2 cups) and a heaping tablespoonful of Cashew Creme.

If you like your ice cream a little sweeter, add a tablespoon of maple syrup, agave nectar, or Bee Free Honey.

Turn on the blender to high, pushing the fruit into the blades, and blend until smooth.

Don’t over blend or it will become too thin. You want a spoon-able consistency.
