Vegan Blue Cheese dip

This Vegan Blue Cheese dip pairs perfectly with spicy foods - we served ours with buffalo roasted cauliflower.

  • 1/4 cup of your favorite vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp of non-dairy milk (we used coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup of Red Lotus Foods Spirulina Bleu cashew spread

Mix mayo and non-dairy milk together. Add in cashew spread in small increments, mixing well before adding more. Top with crumbled spread.
